Product Description:
Screw conveyors, also known as auger conveyors or industrial screw conveyors, are systems designed to transfer free-flowing and non-free-flowing, dry and semi-dry bulk materials.

Features of screw conveyor:
Compared with other conveying equipment, the double headed bearing of this machine is installed outside the housing. The hanger bearing is a mutual conversion structure of rolling and pulley, with dust-proof sealing device. The sealing material is nylon plastic, which has better sealing effect and durability. The cleaning device is installed next to the discharge port. Low noise, strong adaptability, easy operation and maintenance, flexible working position.

Application:
The screw conveyor is suitable to convey powder, granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food,fertilizer, inder, sand,the temperature must be less than 200 °C. Material which is easily deteriorated, viscous and easily lump is unsuitable.
The conveyor can transport horizontally, obliquely and vertically, or it can be composed of spatial transmission lines, which are generally fixed. The conveyor is widely used because of its large conveying capacity and long distance.
The main conveyors are: scraper conveyor, screw conveyor, z-bucket elevato etc.
