Product Description:
Screw auger feeder,also known as screw conveyor, are made for simple conveying duties applications. The real strength of our company, however, is our ability to produce individually designed units that include features to overcome awkward installations, materials that are difficult to handle, or include performance or process functions beyond simple conveying. Some requirements may be concerned with aspects of hygiene, others with bulk solids that have poor or delicate conveying properties. Customized screw auger conveyor can have function of cooling,heating,batching etc.
Screw auger feeder is divided in two types rigid screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor.
Screw auger feeder is suitable for non-sticky powder and small particle material such as cement, fly ash, lime, flour, starch, food additive etc.

Application:
This furnace is suitable for the powder raw material conveying, such as silicate industry, ceramic, frit, sodium silicate, glass, cement, refractory material; it was used to charge the raw material into the furnace.

Feature:
1. Small volume, compact structure, convenient maintenance, feeding continuously;
2. Feeding tube, screw propeller are made of stainless steel, wear-resistance and high temperature resistance;
3. Easy installation, the height of feeding mouth can be adjusted within ±50mm;
4. Using advanced frequency conversion motor and frequency conversion system, achieving automated centralized control for full automatic control instrument. Motor always in good condition, torque is big, energy saving significant.
5. According to user's requirements, it can be equipped with cleaning door without bottom, prevent blocking door and electrical control system assistant equipment etc.
