Technical Details

Screw conveyors are versatile material-handling equipment categorized by conveying direction into horizontal, inclined, and vertical types, and by structural appearance into U-shaped and tubular variants.

Note: These conveyors have limitations. They are not suitable for perishable, highly viscous, easily caked, or corrosive materials, as such substances tend to adhere to the spiral blades, cause blockages at hanging bearings, or corrode the equipment components, disrupting normal operation.

Available in materials like carbon steel, 304, 316L, and 321 stainless steel, they can be customized to meet specific industry requirements for durability and resistance to harsh conditions.
