2.2kw 3HP WQ Series Non-Clogging Submersible Pump For Heavy Duty Applications

WQ series is a high-efficiency and energy-saving sewage submersible pump. The power range is 1.5kW to 315kW, the flow range is 10m³/h to 1300m³/h, and the head is 7~70m. This series of products has excellent performance in factory sewage discharge and municipal sewage discharge.

The company has collaborated with 28 senior technical engineers and professors from top domestic universities to solve key design problems such as submersible pump structure optimization, parameter refinement, manufacturing process, operating efficiency, sealing and leak prevention, and material application, and has formed a complete motor and pump manufacturing process.

• Medium: Temperature not exceeding 60°C, PH 4-10, medium density ≤ 1200 kg/m³.(Customizable for special requirements).
• Submersion depth: ≤20m.
• When used for pumping highly corrosive fluids or media with abrasive solid particles, the pump requires special customization.
• The diameter of solid particles in the medium should be less than 80% of the minimum flow passage dimension.
• The length of fibers in the medium should not exceed the diameter of the pump's discharge port.

• The flow parts adopt QBQ surface treatment process, which has excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
• The thickened impeller, pump body, and pump cover effectively extend the service life of the components.
