2. Guidance and Anti-Drift: It restricts the belt's running path through a specific installation position (such as the edge or bottom), preventing the belt from swinging left and right or detaching from the drum during high-speed operation.


3. Reduce Friction and Wear: It converts sliding friction between the belt and the frame into rolling friction, reducing belt wear and operational resistance, thereby extending the belt's service life.


4. Auxiliary Cushioning: Near the material drop point, some lower guide wheels also have a cushioning effect, lessening the impact of large materials on the belt.
