Grease Distribution Valve Grease Valve 14199640 Grease Divider Valve 80629645 Progressive Distributor for ABG/VGL Paving Machine
During operation, a paver has numerous high-temperature rotating components (such as the auger shaft and the vibrating mechanism of the screed) that require continuous lubrication. The Grease Distribution Valve is the core component of this lubrication system, often likened to the "master switch" or "splitter" of the system.
Its Main Function
Its core function is "oil distribution."
After the lubrication pump pressurizes and delivers the grease, it enters the distribution valve. The valve then precisely divides this single grease supply into multiple circuits based on a preset path, delivering it sequentially to all the bearings and joints on the paver that need lubrication.
Why Is It Important?
Ensures Sequential Lubrication: It guarantees that grease reaches each lubrication point in the correct order, preventing the grease from flowing entirely to a point with lower resistance and causing critical parts at the end of the circuit to run dry.
Centralized Lubrication: With this valve, the paver can achieve centralized automatic lubrication. This eliminates the need for operators to manually use a grease gun to reach narrow, high-temperature, or even moving parts, making the process both safer and more efficient.
