Filling method
6 sets of peristaltic pumps, each driven by a separate stepping system, assembled by Perwin. Operate on the host's touch screen,the filling specification can be selected on the interface, and the filling accuracy of each pump can be adjusted independently.

Sheep blood adding system
With one peristaltic pump, blood bag storage rack, exclusive FFU area. The sheep blood is placed on a special shelf (with casters).

Changeover parts
Equipped with three other specifications. 90mm double-zone dish and 140mm specification products are designed with 4 lanes, other specifications are 6 lanes.

Filling needle insulation
Prevent the liquid at the filling needle from cooling down too fast when the production is suspended, and prevent the liquid from solidifying and blocking the filling needle.
Control the outlet temperature of the stainless steel filling needle at 40~45 ° . (customer can choose to maintain a certain temperature in the silicone tube as well.)

A total of 11 sets of FFU, covering the entire process of the petri dish line from filling to closing, one of which is used for the sheep blood adding station.
