Working Principle:

Unlike conventional hot-air drying, the refractive window dryer does not rely on direct hot airflow. Instead, it combines heat conduction, infrared radiation, and a drying membrane:

• Hot water or another thermal medium is heated beneath a polymer film (typically polyester).
• The wet material is spread in a thin layer on top of the film.
• Heat is transferred through the film via conduction and infrared radiation, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly.
• As the film dries, it forms a barrier, automatically reducing further heat transfer, preventing overheating.
• This mechanism enables gentle, uniform, and efficient drying
