Technical requirement of commutator:

1. Free form bubble more than 1mm and cracks in molded resin surface
2. Voltage test: 1)Room temperature: between shaft hole and commutator segment >150MΩ
2) Heating: 140ºC within 1 h, between shaft hole and commutator segment >100MΩ
3. I.D. Precision of commutator: With bush: H7/ Without bush: H8
4. Spin test: under 180±2ºC,3000rpm, 3mins, the max change in OD is 0.01mm and the mas deviation between bar to bar is 0.003.
5. Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance is greater than 50MΩ under 500V.
