Product Details

Product Description: Acrylic processing aid 945 is developed by our company specially for PVC foam board and sheet. It have all characteristics of acrylic processing aids. The difference between them is that the molecular weight of PA-945 is much more higher than other normal acrylic processing aid, it is based on 98% purity of Methyl Methacrylate as raw material.

The following are the features of Acrylic PA-945:

● promote the fusion of PVC and CaCO3 mixture.

● increase the melt strength of PVC so as to prevent from bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products.

● ensure perfect flow of PVC melt for obtaining smooth surface of PVC finished products.

Technical Specifications:

Intrinsic viscosity: 12.5-13.5

Bulk density: 0.45 ± 0.05 g/cm3

Sieve residue (30 Mesh) : ≤2.0%

Volatile content: ≤1.50%

Applications:

It is used in all PVC Foam board/sheet, PVC Foam shoe sole, WPC products and other PVC foam products
