Compared to traditional round wire mesh, flat wire mesh offers a smoother surface and more uniform light reflection, presenting a fabric-like delicate texture. It has become an ideal choice for partitions, feature walls, ceilings, and railing infills.


Material: Grade 304 or 316L food-grade stainless steel flat wire, typically 0.8mm–4mm in width and 0.3mm–1.5mm in thickness. The rectangular cross-section results in an almost flush surface that is smooth to the touch and resistant to dust accumulation.

Weave Patterns: Available in plain weave (over-one-under-one), twill weave (over-two-under-two or over-three-under-three), or plain dutch weave. Mesh openings are rectangular or square, with an open area typically between 20%–60%, balancing transparency and screening effect.
