Installation

• Preparation: Ensure the floor surface or recess is flat, level, and free of sharp objects or debris.

• Measurement: Mark the final location accurately. Recommended recess depth for ALU 1044 is 10 mm ($pm 2mm$).

• Frame Assembly: Assemble the aluminium frame (for recessed types) and secure it to the subfloor.

• Placement: Unroll the mat into the recess. The rubber end fillers can be easily trimmed with a sharp blade for a seamless, "wall-to-wall" fit.

Maintenance

The longevity of your entrance matting depends on a regular maintenance schedule:

• Daily: Use a high-power vacuum to remove surface dust and grit from the carpet inserts.

• Weekly: Roll up the mat and sweep/vacuum the dirt collected in the recess.

• Deep Clean: The PP carpet inserts can be pressure washed with water and left to air dry to restore their original cleaning efficiency.
