Description

There are four kinds of powder coating in our factory:

SGS Polyester Resin Coating , Weather Resistant Polyurethane Powder Coating

1. Epoxy powder coating.

2. Epoxy-polyester powder coating.

3. Polyester powder coating.

4. Polyurethane powder coating.

Gloss:

1. Various gloss and color: high gloss (above 80°), flat gloss (50-79°), semi gloss (10-49°) and no gloss (below 10°).

2. Gloss and texture of which can be customized as clients require.

Curing condition:

Standard curing (200 degrees celsius×10min) and lower temperature curing (180 degree celsius×15min) are available.

Color:

1. Compared to the PANTONE and RAL color card.

2. Colors can be customized as clients require.

Standard:

Special standards of product are available according to clients' requirement, e.g.: ROHS standard, EN-71 test report, etc.

Property:

Excellent physical performance in hardness, flexibility and adhesion, good mechanical properties, outstanding heat resistance, fine corrosion, weather and chemical resistance.

Storage:

1. The product can be stably stored for at least half year when kept in closed containers in a dry place at temperature below 25°C.

2. Keep it away from fire, heat and direct sunlight.

3. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment.
