TTSK-TZ-KPG-KGAN-100W is GaN RF power amplifier module manufactured by LADASKY TECH, delivering 100W continuous wave output with up to 43% high power efficiency.

Designed without built-in signal source, it matches external signal generators perfectly. Integrated SWR mismatch & temperature protection circuits avoid burnout. Dual RS485+TTL communication ports support real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and RF output power, suitable for lab RF testing and narrowband wireless signal transmission.
