Production Description
- Immerse the cleaned and acid etched aluminum products into an anodizing tank and apply electricity for anodizing. Electric current passes through aluminum products, forming a uniform layer of aluminum oxide film.
- Before anodizing, aluminum products need to undergo cleaning and acid etching treatment to remove surface oil stains, oxide layers, and other impurities.

Treatment Process
1. Degreasing
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 6 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 2-5min
2. Alkaline Etching
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 2 tanks = 12 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 3-15min
3. Neutralization
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 6 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 1-5min
4. Anodizing
- 3 jig(rack)/tank x 5 tanks = 15 jig(rack)
- Current density: 130A/m²
- Process time: 30min
- Unprocess time: 10min
- Total time: 30+10=40min
Average anodizing layer: 0.36*1.3*30*0.77 = 10.81µm
5. Coloring
- Colour process: Mix Salts
- Quantity: 2 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 2 jig(rack)

6. Sealing
