Treatment Process
1. Degreasing
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 6 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 2-5min
2. Alkaline Etching
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 2 tanks = 12 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 3-15min
3. Neutralization
- 6 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 6 jig(rack)
- Treatment time: 1-5min
4. Anodizing
- 2 jig(rack)/tank x 3 tanks = 6 jig(rack)
- Current density: 130A/m²
- Process time: 28min
- Unprocess time: 10min
- Total time: 30+8=38min
- Average anodizing layer: 0.36*1.3*28*0.77 = 10.1µm
5. Colour
- Colour process: Mix Salts
- Quantity: 2 jig(rack)/tank x 1 tank = 2 jig(rack)

6. Sealing
