Excellent Dispersion Properties Dispersing Agent TEGO 760W For Organic Pigments

Dispersing agent DR-3564 is light yellow viscous liquid,used in the water based colorant and water based ink industry.

Polymer block copolymer containing pigment-friendly groups

Performance:

Especially suitable for carbon black and organic pigments;

Strongly reduce the grinding viscosity;

It is mainly recommended for grinding containing resin;

Excellent tinting strength (color spread);

It does not contain solvents and ethoxynonylphenol .

Application:

Flexo and gravure inks, inkjet black water, industrial coatings, leather coatings, pigment concentrates.

The recommended dosage for the above applications is 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material plus the abrasive resin and 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material for the non-binder grinding.

Leather pre-coating primers, primers and topcoats based on polyurethane, acrylic, nitro and casein systems are recommended to be dosage 0.2~1.0%.

Packaging and storage :

25kg /plastic drum.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
