Characteristic:

  • Honeycomb paper can be an environmentally friendly and economical alternative to plastic foam packaging buffers. It has the characteristics of easy to stretch, soft, good elasticity and other characteristics. Can provide buffer protection for the packaged items.
  • The feeding mode of raw materials is the hydraulic feeding mode, without manual lifting. The collecting method is friction collection, which can place up to 5 paper rolls at the same time, and meanwhile, it can also rewind up to 5 finished rolls.
  • The core component of the machine adopts special cold die steel, cut the honeycomb paper is easy to stretch, with good honeycomb shape, good protection; also it can be used to make honeycomb paper bag. The cutting speed is 5~280m/min. Rewinding is up to diameter 300mm. Machine running noise is low, the die-cut roller is modular design, easy to disassembly.
