Installation of aluminum louver doors:

Installation method of louver 1
Measure the size of the outer frame: measure the width of the outer frame of the window from left to right. The widest size at the top, middle and bottom of the window is the suitable width of the outer frame. Height measure the height of the outer frame of the window from top to bottom. The maximum size of the left, middle and right of the window is the suitable height of the outer frame.

Installation method of louver 2
Measure the size of the inner frame: measure the width of the inner frame of the window from left to right. The minimum width of the upper, middle and lower windows is further reduced by 1cm, which is the suitable width of the inner frame. Height measure the height of the inner frame of the window from top to bottom. The dimension of the minimum height of the left, middle and right of the window is the suitable height of the outer frame. Determine that the window depth is sufficient for the free movement of the louver blades, and the window depth is different for different louver installation methods. 8cm depth is required for fixed or flat installation. During push-pull installation, not only the blade width of the product, but also the number of layers of the installed product shall be considered. Generally, the two-layer push-pull shall ensure that the blade movement needs 15cm depth, and the single leaf needs 10cm depth; 10cm depth shall be reserved for folding installation.

Installation method of louver: fixed method. If the louver is fixed, it will bring inconvenience to cleaning the window glass. Generally, fixed installation is not selected. The flat opening mode has the characteristics of good sealing, and is suitable for the installation of small windows or single or two windows. The push-pull mode takes up less space and is suitable for the installation of general windows. The folding mode is suitable for the opening mode of multiple windows, which is generally used when making partition or floor to ceiling windows.
