3003 5052 Alloy Aluminum Honeycomb Core For Composite Panel
Product Overview

Aluminum honeycomb panels feature upper and lower aluminum alloy plates with a thick, lightweight honeycomb core in between. The panels and sandwich core are bonded together using adhesives to form an integral rigid structure. Panel surfaces can be treated with fluorocarbon coating, roller coating, thermal transfer, wire drawing, or oxidation processes. These panels can also be bonded with fireproof panels, stone, and ceramic materials.

  • Upper and lower plates are manufactured from high-quality 3003-H24 or 5052-H14 alloy aluminum
  • Aluminum plate thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm
  • Honeycomb core material consists of 3003 aluminum foil with thickness of 0.02-0.06mm
