Products Description

Aluminum Foil with Embossed Patterns
The aluminum foil used for embossing is plain foil with a thickness of less than 0.2mm (see aluminum foil production), and colored or printed aluminum foil (see coated aluminum foil) is also used. The aluminum foil must be annealed and softened before embossing. The plain foil is allowed to have small waves, roller marks and wrinkles.
The pattern on the aluminum foil is pressed out by a pair of rotating rollers. One roller is engraved with a pattern, and the other has great toughness and elasticity. In order to make the pattern on the aluminum foil clear, the roller needs to be moderately flexible, and the paper roller should be properly moistened before embossing, and the pressure should be run-in from light pressure to heavy pressure for 10 to 20 minutes.
