Product Introduction

Blue Aluminum Foil Mylar Film Roll, commonly known as AL+PET Laminated Film, is a composite material widely used in cable manufacturing, especially for shielding and insulation.
Blue Aluminum Foil Mylar Film AL+PET Laminated Film consists of a two-layer structure:
Aluminum: The thin aluminum foil gives the film the ability to shield electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).
Polyester: Polyester film is an insulating material with high tensile strength, durability and resistance to temperature changes. PET ensures that the foil maintains its integrity during handling and installation, providing the necessary structural support for the aluminum layer.
Blue Aluminum Mylar Film is produced by tightly laminating PET and aluminum layers to form a bonded material. After lamination, the film is rolled into rolls, usually in widths suitable for various cable manufacturing processes. These rolls are then ready for the production of shielded cables.
