Aluminum Checkered Plate/Aluminum Tread Plate is named for the raised stripes or diamond patterns on its surface. Surface treatment

①Mill Finish: Retains the silver-white natural color of the aluminum material, suitable for industrial settings (such as the 6061-T6 platform).

②Anodized: Enhances wear resistance and color (for use in building 6061-T6 facades).

③Coated: PVDF coating offers a lifespan of over 20 years in terms of weather resistance (for outdoor construction with 5052 alloy).

Pattern types
① 5-bar tread pattern
Characteristics: Parallel raised stripes, anti-slip coefficient ≥ 0.6 (dry state).
Application: Industrial platforms, floor of transportation equipment (such as the bottom plate of 5083 alloy truck) .
② Diamond pattern
Characteristics: Crossed raised points, highly decorative, anti-slip coefficient ≥ 0.55.
Application: Building curtain walls, light-load areas (such as 3003 alloy decorative panels).
