- Made of high-quality 3003/5005 aluminum alloy, the thickness is strictly controlled at 2.5±0.1mm to ensure strength and flatness.

2. Fluorocarbon coating process
- Three coats and two bakes (primer, topcoat, varnish) with a total coating thickness of ≥ 40μm in accordance with AAMA 2605*.
- PVDF fluorocarbon resin accounts for ≥70%, and has UV resistance and weather resistance for more than 20 years.
3. Surface effect
- Optional matte/metallic gloss, color support RAL/Pantone color card customization, color difference ΔE≤1.0.

Installation principle:
