Product introduction

This fixed‑body aluminum melting furnace adopts composite lining built with insulating refractory bricks and high‑performance castables, tailored for long‑term aluminum alloy smelting and molten‑aluminum holding workflows. The integrated refractory configuration combines brick masonry and monolithic castable layers, delivering robust anti‑erosion performance against molten aluminum and slag corrosion while strengthening thermal‑shock resistance against frequent temperature swings.


Its multi‑layer composite lining minimizes heat dissipation, improves thermal efficiency and cuts fuel consumption. The rigid fixed‑type steel framework ensures stable operation without tilting movement. Local repair on castable and brick sections is feasible, lowering maintenance workload and production downtime. Ideal for processing aluminum ingots and recycled aluminum scraps, it maintains steady melt quality and reduces dross generation for continuous aluminum billet casting production lines.
