Box-Type Homogenizing Furnace and Cooling Chamber

Product introduction

It mainly includes box furnace body (including furnace bottom and rail), air circulation system, diversion device, combustion system, furnace door and lifting mechanism, tray bracket and control system.

1. The furnace body is a box type forced air circulation gas furnace, which is a box structure welded by high-quality steel plates and section steels. Plug-in front and back welding is adopted between section steels, which has sufficient strength and is superior to the requirements of Code for Welding of Steel Structures (GB50205-2011) and Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures (GB50661-2001)

2. Furnace wall, furnace bottom (including track and charging tray) and furnace top are all made of double-layer steel plates filled with insulation materials fixed with anchors. Furnace shell is made of Q235-A δ 5mm steel plate and reinforced with channel steel above 16 #. Continuous air-tight weld is adopted to ensure sufficient strength, rigidity and air-tightness. The inner wall is made of SUS304 heat-resistant stainless steel plate in a lapped and assembled structure, with a thickness of 2mm, and is fixed with the outer wall plate with anchors. The inner layer of the furnace insulation material is made of aluminum silicate fiber needle felt with a thickness of 300mm (aluminum silicate fiber blanket and rock wool board). The bottom of the furnace is made of 300mm thick refractory brick and thermal insulation brick to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the furnace. The steel plate of the furnace shell shall be coated with two layers of anti-rust paint, and painted with silver paint after assembly.

3. Two rows of columns are fabricated on both sides of the furnace bottom. The columns are welded with steel plates or steel pipes with a thickness of 10mm. The interval between columns is about 1m, so as to ensure sufficient strength and life for long-term use under high temperature.
