Non Rail Steel Wire Rope Casting Machine With Hydraulic Tilting Mechanism


Product introduction

The winch has a stroke greater than 6 meters and adopts a single drum with four steel wire ropes. The casting machine drum is made of welded and processed with a seamless pipe of Φ 273 (δ=30mm), and is equipped with a 100 meter special steel wire rope for lifting with a diameter of Φ 18mm. The bolts used to adjust the length of the steel wire rope are stainless steel bolts. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the casting machine is 15 tons (at high water level). The motor power is 5.5kw, the center distance of the worm gear reducer is 250mm, model WD250-8M-57:1, and the center distance of the gear reducer is ZQ650.



The wellhead frame is made of 250 × 100 × 8 square tubes and 25mm steel plates, and four main pulleys of the winch are installed in the wellhead frame. The main pulleys are all in the form of double bearing structure, and the bearing model is 6210. The tilting seat and tilting arm are installed on the wellhead frame. The inlet joint is fixedly installed on the wellhead frame, with a joint size of 6 inches.


The tilting mechanism is operated by a hydraulic system, with hydraulic cylinders and pumps made in China, and the main hydraulic valves made by a Taiwanese company.


The supply of casting equipment does not include: water pumps, water pipes, butterfly valves, water tanks, cooling towers, deep wells and embedded parts, aluminum iron boxes, and civil engineering.
