This high-performance liquid cooled plate is professionally engineered for new energy thermal management, widely applicable to EV battery packs, BESS energy storage systems, AI data centers and high heat flux density cooling scenarios.

Made of high-quality aluminum alloy and manufactured by mature vacuum brazing technology, the liquid cooled plate features excellent thermal conductivity, stable structural strength and outstanding leakage resistance. Optimized internal flow channel design ensures uniform heat exchange, effectively eliminates hot spots, balances overall temperature difference and greatly improves cooling efficiency.

As a reliable new liquid cooling solution, our liquid cooled plate supports fully customized size, flow channel structure and interface specifications to meet diverse installation and system matching requirements.
