Key Features
- Multi-Alloy Compatibility: The mould design accommodates aluminium, zinc, and Zamak alloys, with gate geometry and venting arrangements adjusted per alloy to address differences in fluidity and solidification characteristics.
- Custom Cavity and Core Geometry: Cavities and cores are machined to customer part drawings, with slide cores and lifters incorporated for undercuts, threaded features, and mounting bosses as required.
- Alloy-Specific Gating Configuration: Runner and gate layouts are tailored to the casting alloy, with gate placement selected to minimise turbulence for aluminium or to promote rapid cavity fill for zinc-based alloys.
- Thermal Management Provisions: Cooling channel positions are determined by part geometry and wall thickness, supporting controlled solidification and reducing the risk of localised hot spots.
- Ejection System Tailoring: Ejector pin type, diameter, and placement are specified per part geometry, with pin locations selected to avoid functional surfaces and maintain cosmetic integrity.

About Luoyang Liushi Mould Co., Ltd.
While leading the Chinese brand, Luoyang Liushi Mould develops the international market positively, exporting a large number of molds to the United States, India, Taiwan and other countries. We have become an international first-class lost foam mould supplier and have manufactured moulds for Germany's machine Teubert and American molding machine Vulcan.
Our engineers have developed specialized cooling systems and gate designs that ensure complete cavity filling without defects. The moulds maintain exceptional dimensional stability even when producing parts with wall thicknesses below 1mm. Ideal for electronics housings, automotive lightweight components, and consumer products, these precision moulds enable you to push the boundaries of aluminium die casting while maintaining structural integrity in your parts.
Why Choose Us
- Alloy Versatility: We engineer moulds for aluminium, zinc, and Zamak alloys, allowing customers to consolidate tooling requirements across different material families.
- In-House Manufacturing: Mould machining, fitting, and tryout are performed in our own facility, enabling direct communication and faster response to engineering changes.
- Sample Validation: We provide trial castings using the customer's specified alloy and share inspection reports for dimensional verification prior to mould delivery.
- Maintenance-Oriented Design: Mould components are designed with serviceability in mind, including accessible cooling port connections and replaceable guide bushings.
- OEM Documentation: Each mould is supplied with assembly drawings, cooling circuit layouts, and spare parts lists to support routine maintenance.
