The conductors are manufactured from EC‑grade aluminum (AAC) or aluminum‑magnesium‑silicon alloy (ACAR), with stranded layers applied around a central core wire. ACAR conductors combine the high conductivity of aluminum with the mechanical strength of aluminum‑magnesium alloy reinforcement, while AAC conductors provide a lightweight solution for short to medium span overhead lines. The conductors are supplied in bare form for overhead installation, with stranding configurations conforming to recognized international standards. Construction
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350-H19 aluminum. Insulated with either polyethylene or XLP crosslinked polyethylene. Neutral messengers are concentrically stranded AAC/AAAC/ACSR. One conductor is manufactured with an extruded ridge for phase identification.
