High Temperature Resistance Alumina Ceramic Tube

Alumina (Aluminum Oxide) is the most common material in ceramic products, which has the characteristic of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high insulation, high hardness, compression resistance ,etc. In the early days, it was used in electronic components and textile machinery. Because it has superior properties that distinguish it from other materials like metal and rubber, it is now widely applied to many important fields such as precision ceramic shafts and bushings in high-wear environment, auto oxygen sensors, new energy auto fuses, medical cutters and medical equipment.

Product Features


1. It has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It can be widely used as grinding medium in ball mill, vibration mill, planet mill and stirring mill. 99 alumina ceramic tube wear rate is small, not stained with dirt material, long service life, high grinding efficiency.
2. 99 alumina ceramic tube is made of 99 alumina ceramic tube formed by hot die casting slurry and sintered at 1500℃. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, good insulation performance, high electrical strength, good chemical stability, and accurate abrasion resistance and scour resistance.
3. 99 Alumina ceramic tubes are widely used in radio, electronic components, textile ceramics, ball mill lining, nodular blasting nozzle and argon arc welding gun nozzle, etc.
