Product Samples
We specialize in medium and thick 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum plates, with samples available for display. Most samples are used for automobile and railway transportation fields.

Shipping & Logistics
For oversize plates, we use Flat Rack Container for shipping:
- We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates
- To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with waterproof tarps
- We ensure sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of gravity to avoid tilting during transportation

Key Performance Advantages
Lightweight Superiority
Exceptional Strength-to-Weight Ratio: 7XXX series (e.g., 7050) offers tensile strength up to 570MPa with density of only 2.8g/cm³ - 1.8× higher specific strength than Q345 steel, ideal for aerospace/military weight reduction.
Structural Efficiency: Single thick plates eliminate multi-layer welding, avoiding joint weakening (e.g., 200mm 5083-H321 ship decks reduce fasteners by 50%).
Environmental Resistance
Extreme Temperature Stability: 5XXX series (e.g., 5083) maintains toughness at -196℃ (LNG storage) with no cold brittleness. 2XXX series (e.g., 2219) withstands short-term 300℃ exposure (rocket engine compartments).
Corrosion Resistance: Natural corrosion rate <0.02mm/year (5083 in marine environments), eliminating protective coatings. Nuclear-grade 5052 resists radiation oxidation with >40-year service life.
Manufacturing Benefits
Machinability: 6XXX series (6082-T6) achieves surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm with 1/3 the tool wear of steel.
Weldability: 2219 plates achieve 90% base metal strength using VPPA welding.
