PE ACP is a sophisticated sandwich panel, engineered in three bonded layers:

2. Core (2.8-4.4mm): A solid polyethylene (PE) plastic layer that provides insulation and allows for deep forming.

3. Rear Aluminum Skin (0.12-0.21mm): Typically coated with a matching PE layer or a protective coating.

PE ACP is the preferred material for:

• Fire Safety: Standard PE ACP has a Class B fire rating. For applications with stricter fire regulations (e.g., high-rise buildings, public spaces), specify Fire-Retardant (FR) Core ACP, which uses a mineral-filled core to achieve a higher safety rating.
