Basic composition: T-type thermocouple ultra-thin wire consists of two metal wires of different materials, with the positive electrode being copper and the negative electrode being constantan (a copper-nickel alloy).
Performance characteristics:
1. High accuracy: The T-type thermocouple boasts industry-leading accuracy, with a special error limit of the larger of 0.5°C or 0.4%.
2. Fast response speed: The response time is typically only a fraction of a second, enabling rapid detection of temperature changes. It is suitable for applications that are sensitive to temperature variations.
3. Good flexibility: The wire is thin and flexible, making it easy to install in confined spaces or complex structures, and adaptable to various special measurement environments.
4. Non-magnetic: Type T thermocouple wires are non-magnetic and can be used in magnetic applications without interfering with measurement results.
5. Good linearity: Within the temperature range of -200℃ to 350℃, the thermoelectric potential exhibits an approximately linear relationship with temperature, simplifying the calibration process and reducing measurement errors.
