FeCrAl 0Cr25Al5 Flat Wire Iron Chromium Aluminum Alloy Ribbon for High Temperature Heating Elements

FeCrAl 0Cr25Al5 flat wire is manufactured from iron chromium aluminum resistance alloy, offering excellent oxidation resistance, high temperature stability and long service life. The alloy forms a protective aluminum oxide layer during operation, improving durability in high temperature environments.

Compared with nickel chromium resistance alloys, FeCrAl materials provide higher operating temperature capability and excellent resistance to oxidation, making them suitable for industrial heating applications requiring reliable long-term performance.

The flat wire design provides a larger surface area and efficient heat transfer performance. Customized thickness, width, surface condition and packaging are available according to customer requirements.

FeCrAl 0Cr25Al5 flat wire is widely used in industrial furnaces, heating elements, heat treatment equipment, kilns and other high temperature thermal processing systems.
