Product Overview
Cold forming increases the stability level of steel, allowing for reduced wall thickness compared to hot rolled pipes while achieving significant weight reduction of components.
Scope of Application
  • HP-Tubes: Cylinder tubes for hydraulic and pneumatic applications
  • HPZ-Tubes: Manufacture of cylinder jackets
  • HPK-Tubes: Pistons, telescopic cylinders, guide elements
  • HPS-Tubes: Additional application fields for hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • P550 (MOD), C60E
  • P650 (MOD), 42CrMo4
  • P700 (MOD)
Modified grades are recommended for low temperature applications due to higher impact energy compared to standard qualities.
