Stainless Steel 304 Cargo Air Shower With HEPA Filtration For Clean Room
Introduction :
Cargo air shower is a highly versatile purification device installed in the passage of infection room and non-nifection room , used to reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and leaving the clean room . When goods need to enter into the clean area , it must be sprayed and showered in this cargo air shower . The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by the goods , and can effectively prevent or reduce dust entering the clean area . The front and rear doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked and act as air locks to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area .

Operation features :
1. Four level filtration system ( Pre - filter * 2 , HEPA filter * 2 ) and Two blower modules ( rated 99.99% efficient @ 0.3ｕｍ ) . The air shower blow from 3 side .
2. Available in powder coated steel , stainless steel 304 / 201 have good corrosion resistance and rust resistance , meeting the requirements of various clean room .
3. Control panel provides programmable control , including Human voice broadcast system , Emergency button .
4. Electronic interlocking doors minimize contamination and automatically release in the event of power failure or when the emergency stop button is pressed .
5. Cargo automatic shower and energy-efficient LED lighting set to work ( mounted on the ceiling ) by infrared ray inductor , better lighting and energy .
6. The duration of cargo air shower can be adjusted to 0 - 99 seconds .
7. Variety of sizes and door ( equipped with half glass or full glass ) configurations . Custom sizes and configurations are also available .
