Product Introduction

The AiLF G10 is a portable TDLAS methane detector designed for mobile natural gas leak surveys and field inspection. It combines laser-based methane measurement with a gas sampling system, allowing operators to quickly check multiple locations and obtain quantitative methane readings during inspection.

Designed for Mobile Leak Surveys

The G10 is built for field inspection where operators need to move between pipelines, facilities, and other potential leak points. It supports flexible sampling through a probe or trolley-based configuration, making it suitable for different inspection routes and working environments.

Quantitative Methane Measurement

Using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), the G10 detects methane and supports concentration measurement in ppm, %LEL, and %VOL. This full-range measurement capability allows the same instrument to be used for different stages of gas leak inspection.

Integrated Sampling System

The built-in gas pump and filtering system provide a practical sampling solution for field measurements. The detector can be combined with a sampling probe or mobile trolley setup to improve access to different inspection points.

Continuous Measurement Support

A built-in gas reference enables the G10 to self-calibrate during operation, supporting stable measurement performance during extended inspection work. Its fast response also allows operators to quickly assess suspected leak locations.

Flexible Field Deployment

The G10 can be used as a handheld detector or integrated with a trolley or electric bicycle for mobile inspection. This makes it suitable for pipeline surveys, infrastructure inspection, and larger-area gas leak screening.
