The AiLF P20 is a compact pan-tilt methane monitoring system designed for continuous, automated gas leak detection in oil & gas and other industrial environments.
Using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the P20 performs remote methane measurement and can continuously monitor designated areas or inspection paths. Its integrated pan-tilt mechanism enables automated scanning, while the monitoring software provides real-time alarms, data monitoring, and inspection records.
With 20 W power consumption, IP68 protection, and an explosion-protected enclosure, the P20 is designed for long-term outdoor deployment and can support systems powered by solar energy and connected to backend platforms via 5G.
The P20 is suitable for continuous methane monitoring in:
The P20 can be connected to a dedicated software platform for continuous monitoring, leak alarms, inspection tracking, and data management. Its low power consumption supports solar-powered deployments, while 5G connectivity enables remote transmission of monitoring data to backend systems.
