Continuous Methane Monitoring for Gas Pipelines

The AiLF P20 is an open-path TDLAS methane monitoring system designed for continuous leak detection along natural gas pipelines and related infrastructure. By remotely measuring methane across an open optical path, the P20 can monitor potential leakage areas without requiring the detector to be installed directly at the leak source.

Automated Pipeline Scanning

The integrated pan-tilt mechanism allows the P20 to scan multiple directions and predefined inspection routes. This supports continuous surveillance of pipeline corridors and nearby infrastructure, helping operators maintain regular monitoring coverage from a fixed installation point.

Remote Leak Detection and Alarm

The P20 combines methane detection, scanning control, leak identification, alarm management, and data recording in one system. Detected gas information can be transmitted through the monitoring network, allowing operators to review methane levels and alarm events remotely.

Designed for Long-Term Pipeline Surveillance

The P20 is designed for 24/7 continuous operation and supports long-term monitoring of pipeline infrastructure. Low power consumption enables integration with remote power solutions such as solar power, making it suitable for monitoring locations where regular manual inspection is difficult.

Pipeline Inspection and Data Integration

The system can support inspection route management, network communication, and centralized monitoring. Multiple monitoring points can be connected to a backend platform, providing a structured way to manage gas detection data and pipeline inspection activities.
