The PRINT SL2805M22- 505CFM is a single layer forming fabric featuring a one up four down weave configuration. This five shed design creates a unique internal void volume that surpasses conventional four shed structures. The fabric delivers excellent drainage capacity while maintaining uniform hole size for consistent paper formation. Good fiber support ensures fine particles remain on the sheet surface, and the easy sheet release characteristic minimizes picking issues. With robust wear resistance and outstanding machine direction stability, this fabric performs reliably in demanding production environments. It is particularly suitable for printing and writing paper grades as well as light weight kraft applications.
