1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities you need.

2. Send you a PI to specify the total amount you need to pay after getting your confirmation.

3. Put your order down to production after getting your bank slip.

4. Send them by express delivery, by common air, by sea, or other available shipping ways agreed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival after the items are finished.

Q2. Flexible MOQ:

1. No limit to the number of sample orders.

2. From the second order, the MOQ is 50 pcs for each model.

3. OEM MOQ is 200pcs/model.

Q3. Convenient Payment:

Various payment ways can be used: Alibaba trade assurance, T/T, and Western Union.

Q4. Fast Lead Time:

1. 3 working days for sample order.

2. 5-7 working days for general orders.

3. 13-15 working days for big orders.

Q5. Economic and Safe Shipment :

1. Our forwarder helps you find the most appropriate way(FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, Hong Kong Post and Aramex, Common Air, Sea Shipping).

2. By your forwarder. For the safety of the packages, we take necessary measures for every order, even a small order.

Q6. Professional OEM/ODM Service:

1. Offer the most professional personalized packages: silk print your logo on the products, personalized labels, gift boxes, user’s manuals, bubble wrap, etc, if you need.

2. Accept ODM orders: If you have any ideas about items, we can help you design and put them into production. We welcome your inquiries!

Q7. Warranty Policy:

1. All products will have been 100% strictly tested again and again in the workshop before packing.

2. All products will be well packed before shipping.

3. 3-year warranty for all of the products after the ship date: for any false items you get, we will repair or replace them for free.

1) . If our customers can repair the items by themselves locally, we will supply the necessary spare parts.

2). If our customers can't repair the items, the items will need to be returned to us, and we will repair them for free and carry 50% freight for customers.
