Polyurethane Roller Mecanum Wheel with Needle Bearing for AGV Trolley

This polyurethane (PU) roller mecanum wheel is built for smooth, quiet and wear-resistant omnidirectional movement of warehouse AGV trolleys, service robots and automated transfer carts. The precision needle bearing reduces rolling friction and delivers stable, long-life performance under continuous industrial operation.

Polyurethane Roller Material

High-elasticity PU rollers provide excellent grip, abrasion resistance and non-marking performance, protecting warehouse floors while maintaining reliable traction. PU rollers resist oil, water and moderate chemicals for long service life.

Needle Bearing Mechanism

Needle roller bearings distribute load evenly across the roller shaft, ensuring low friction, high load carrying and accurate, quiet rotation. This makes the wheel ideal for high-cycle automatied guided vehicle systems.

360° Omnidirectional Motion

Rollers are angled at 45° so the wheel supports forward, backward, lateral and diagonal travel plus in-place rotation, letting AGV trolleys maneuver precisely in tight spaces.
