Scratch resistant thermal lamination film is available in matt and gloss types. The matt type is good for UV varnish and hot stamping, making it an ideal material for luxury packaging that enhances outstanding effects and distinguishes from other prints.
Transparent Thermal Scratch Resistant Film Glossy / Matte Finish Laminating Film SGS Approval
Anti-scratch thermal lamination film (also known as scratch free lamination film, scratch resistant lamination film) uses BOPP material as the base film. It features BOPP film coated with scratch resistant material on one side and hot melt EVA adhesion on the other side, which supports laminating the BOPP film on substrate of prints and offers scratch resistance property for the final prints.
Anti-scratch thermal lamination film is scratch resistant due to special chemical treatment on the surface of base BOPP film. Scratch-free film is extrusion-coated with EVA by internal surface, supporting lamination through heat. It is especially designed for high quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on outside that gives the film a pleasant touch and enhances the image of laminated products.
