25microns Metalized Polyester (PET) Plastic Hot Lamination Film

Metalized Polyester (PET) Plastic Hot Lamination Film resembles aluminum paper when laminated with paper. It is specifically designed for laminating daily consumable packaging boxes, including those for groceries, medicines, wine, and similar products.

Our Metalized Thermal Laminating Film is available in Silver, Gold, and other colors, primarily at 25 microns thickness. It features strong adhesion, perfect surface tension, and excellent rewinding properties, with one or double sides corona treatment valued above 42 dyne.

Thermal Metalized Polyester Film consists of Metalized Polyester Film and EVA Glue, with thickness ranging from 17 microns to 25 microns, primarily at 24 microns (12MPET+12EVA).

This film provides strong adhesion, perfect surface tension, and excellent rewinding capabilities, with double sides corona treatment valued above 52 dynes.

It is used for laminating daily consumable packaging boxes such as grocery, medicine, and wine boxes. Various metallic colors are available including Silver, Gold, and other options, with custom colors available in both gloss and matte finishes.
