Description

The Fiberglass cloth coated with vermiculite on both sides is a non-asbestos product designed for a wide range of applications, including heat shield, flange and valve covers, welding curtains, expansion joins and equipment.

Vermiculite is a natural mineral that expands under high temperatures to form a porous structure, offering exceptional thermal insulation properties. When coated onto fiberglass cloth, its heat resistance is significantly improved, with short-term tolerance reaching 1200°C and continuous service temperature remaining at 800°C.These characteristics make it ideal for high-temperature applications requiring fireproofing and thermal insulation, including cable protection, welding safeguards, and industrial equipment insulation.

This multi-purpose of the cloth is widely applicable, available in widths of 1000mm-2000mm and roll lengths of 50-100m, meeting various application needs. It ensures you have adequate cloth supply to complete your projects efficiently.

The vermiculite-coated fiberglass fabric features a thickness of 1.4mm. Through this composite design, the fiberglass substrate and vermiculite coating work synergistically to achieve an optimal combination of lightweight properties, high mechanical strength and multifunctional performance.
