HP-870 utilizes perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oil blended with fluorinated polymers and corrosion inhibitors, forming a white semi-solid grease. Its unique formulation resists aggressive solvents, liquefied natural gases, and vacuum environments while minimizing oxidative deterioration for long-term reliability. The low vapor pressure (2×10⁻⁶ Pa at 20°C) makes it ideal for cleanrooms and precision equipment.

  • Extreme Endurance​​: 1.0% evaporation loss at 200°C/24h (MIL-S-8660), 3.0% after 1000h.
