Clear coat

Name: A999 clear coat Gloss: Brilliant

Package: 1L/2L/4L/5L Substrate: the surface of 1K primer

Rato:varnish:hardener:thinner=2:1:0.3 Grinding time: 2-3hrs(25℃)

Color: colorless transparent Shelf life: sealed for two years

Product Features

High performance two-component varnish, suitable for overall refinishing or panel

repairs with high gloss,It has good chemical and weathering resistance to ensure

durable gloss.

Product Usage

Suitable for repairing or refurbishing various types of cars(or metal fittings)

Operation procedure

1: Surface treatment

Wipe the dust spots and silver particles on the surface with a tack cloth.

2: The mixing ratio

Varnish:Hardener:Thinner=2:1:0.3

3: Reconstruction

If there are seedy and sags after spraying, it can be sanded by sand paper

(1200#-2000#) and burnished after being fully cured.

4: Spraying process

Spary Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60 um total thickness.

Flash Time: 5-10mins, 25℃(It needs stand after spraying)
