The panel features a sophisticated multi-layer composite structure engineered for performance and durability:

Core Substrate: Constructed from high-density MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) with thickness options of 12mm, 15mm, or 18mm. The core is available in multiple grades including standard, eco-friendly, flame-retardant, moisture-proof, and Class A non-combustible variants to meet diverse project requirements.

Surface Finish: Decorated with premium wood veneers (natural or engineered), melamine coating, HPL fire-resistant laminate, or PU/UV matte lacquer finishes. A wide selection of wood species is available, including oak, walnut, cherry, maple, ash, and more.

Acoustic Backing: The reverse side is fitted with a non-combustible sound-absorbing felt that prevents exposure of internal acoustic materials while enhancing overall sound absorption.

Groove & Perforation Design: The front face features precision-cut longitudinal grooves, while the back is perforated with scientifically calculated circular holes. This slit resonance structure is meticulously engineered to achieve optimal sound absorption across targeted frequency ranges.

Slit Resonance Absorption: The combination of front grooves and rear perforations creates a resonant cavity structure that effectively consumes sound wave energy, significantly reducing reverberation and echo.

Broadband Sound Absorption: Excellent absorption performance across mid- to high-frequency ranges, with enhanced low-frequency absorption when combined with an air cavity or acoustic fill material behind the panel.

High Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): Depending on configuration, the panel can achieve NRC values ranging from 0.75 to 0.95, making it highly effective for professional acoustic environments.

Customizable Acoustic Tuning: The absorption characteristics can be fine-tuned by adjusting groove width, depth, perforation size, hole spacing, and rear cavity depth to meet specific acoustic requirements for each project.
