Important Usage Notes

  • Do Not Exceed MOS: Strictly operate within the maximum operating speed of 3000 RPM. Exceeding this speed can destroy the flap structure and pose a safety risk.

  • Mind the Rotation Direction: Install the wheel on the spindle following the correct directional arrow (if specified) for smooth contact and optimal cutting efficiency.

  • Apply Light Pressure: Let the abrasive tips do the work. Excessive pressure causes premature wear, heat buildup, and can distort the nylon fibers.

  • Safety Gear Required: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety goggles, a heavy-duty dust mask, and hearing protection during operation.
